“We had an independent home inspector evaluate our home before closing, and he was impressed with the quality of the construction at every step of the way, especially the quality of the tiled shower we added in the master bath. The inspector was actually a referral from a friend who purchased new construction from a different builder–he found two roof leaks in THEIR new construction! Interra allowed us to tour the spec home in the neighborhood and also two other homes that were almost finished so we could see the quality of their construction outside of the show home. During selection, there were plenty of options for us to choose from to customize the look and feel of our home. The mobile app was also incredibly helpful as it gave us a checklist of what the crew was working on every day!”
