“Building a new home sucks from about anyone I have ever talked to, BUT the obvious benefit is that it’s YOURS and how you want it, thus the obvious appeal. The largest reason we loved Interra was the process and accountability. They gave you a finish date and that date was spot on. Everyone we worked with was professional, timely, quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to just “make things happen”. This was our 1st experience building and there are some things we wish we had done differently, through no fault of Interra. Just personal preferences and maybe different choices (although that pretty much sums of life doesn’t it?). Long story short, if you considering and can make it happen, I have zero reservations about this gang. Would use them again in a heart beat. I would be a little more thorough in the process AND I would definitely use their loan team. This is a really nice one stop shop which sounds oversimplified, but again, if you want perfect, win the lottery and do it yourself. If you want close to, build with these folks.”
