Interra associates where dialed in from the word go. They have an outstanding team of professionals that have their system down pat. Always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns no matter how minor and treated my wife and I like we were important to them and that means a lot to us. I needed to close a week early because I was going to be traveling out of state. They busted their bits to get everything wrapped up so we could close before I left.

Interra was very easy to work with. They are very organized and their communication with us through every process was wonderful.

We were excited to move back to Grand Haven and the condo we bought is a huge part of it. While we are one of the first residents of Stonewater Condominiums, I really appreciate how Interra has worked to mitigate the impact of new construction activity on our new lifestyle. They work to ensure a good experience. Chris, our realtor, did a good job accurate describing our future new home so that there were no surprises to work through. The quality of construction is exemplary! All told, we’re are truly excited about our new home and the community that we will enjoy as it continuously develops. It’s a great place to call “home”!

“We had an independent home inspector evaluate our home before closing, and he was impressed with the quality of the construction at every step of the way, especially the quality of the tiled shower we added in the master bath. The inspector was actually a referral from a friend who purchased new construction from a different builder–he found two roof leaks in THEIR new construction! Interra allowed us to tour the spec home in the neighborhood and also two other homes that were almost finished so we could see the quality of their construction outside of the show home. During selection, there were plenty of options for us to choose from to customize the look and feel of our home. The mobile app was also incredibly helpful as it gave us a checklist of what the crew was working on every day!”

“Building a new home sucks from about anyone I have ever talked to, BUT the obvious benefit is that it’s YOURS and how you want it, thus the obvious appeal. The largest reason we loved Interra was the process and accountability. They gave you a finish date and that date was spot on. Everyone we worked with was professional, timely, quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to just “make things happen”. This was our 1st experience building and there are some things we wish we had done differently, through no fault of Interra. Just personal preferences and maybe different choices (although that pretty much sums of life doesn’t it?). Long story short, if you considering and can make it happen, I have zero reservations about this gang. Would use them again in a heart beat. I would be a little more thorough in the process AND I would definitely use their loan team. This is a really nice one stop shop which sounds oversimplified, but again, if you want perfect, win the lottery and do it yourself. If you want close to, build with these folks.”
