To reward past buyers for their referrals, Interra Homes has a referral reward program. Once the new buyer’s home has closed, and all requirements within the attached Referral Reward Program have been met, Interra Homes will issue a check to the referrer for $500.00. To be eligible, each new build contract must meet the following criteria:
1) The referrer must be a previous Interra Homes customer who currently resides in a home constructed by Interra Homes.
2) Interra Homes must receive a completed signed Referral Reward Program form within 72 hours of a newly signed build contract. This form must include a signature from the New Buyers, Referrer, and Interra Homes Director of Sales as well as all the required information.
3) Only applicable for new Build Contracts.
